Non-returnable items include:

Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked “final sale” (e.g., clearance or heavily discounted products).
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
